About This Thesis
This thesis explores the insight-to-action gap in leadership coaching — why leaders gain clarity and self-awareness but often do not translate those insights into behavioural change. Through a reflexive, practice-led qualitative approach, this research examines the complex interplay of psychodynamic, neurobiological, and behavioural processes that shape the coaching relationship and the wider organisational context.
