My Pages is a page hosting service provided by TiffanyGray.com that allows you to create and publish web pages on a subdomain of workshaping.ai. By using My Pages, you agree to the following terms.
To use My Pages, you must have a registered TiffanyGray.com account and have been granted My Pages access. You are responsible for all content published through your account. You must not share your login credentials with anyone else.
You retain ownership of all content you upload and publish through My Pages. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any laws, infringe on any intellectual property rights, or contain harmful, offensive, or misleading material.
You must not use My Pages to publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or that promotes violence or discrimination. You must not use My Pages to distribute malware, spam, phishing content, or any other form of malicious material.
Your pages are hosted on a subdomain of workshaping.ai (for example, yourname.workshaping.ai). This subdomain is provided as part of the My Pages service and remains the property of TiffanyGray.com. You do not own the subdomain.
We reserve the right to reclaim or reassign subdomains that are inactive for an extended period, or that violate these terms.
My Pages provides a reasonable amount of storage for web pages and media files. Individual file uploads are limited to 5MB. We reserve the right to set and adjust storage limits at any time.
We aim to keep My Pages available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may need to perform maintenance, updates, or make changes to the service from time to time. We will provide notice where possible.
We may suspend or terminate your access to My Pages if you violate these terms, or if we discontinue the service. If your access is terminated, your published pages will be removed. We recommend keeping copies of all content you publish.
Your use of My Pages is subject to the TiffanyGray.com privacy policy. We collect and store your site name, subdomain, published pages, and uploaded files. We do not sell or share your content with third parties.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through your TiffanyGray.com account. Continued use of My Pages after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
