Not receiving emails?

Some corporate email systems (particularly Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace) may quarantine or filter emails from new senders. Here's how to make sure you receive emails from TiffanyGray.com.

1. Check your spam / junk folder

Look for an email from noreply@tiffanygray.com. If you find it, mark it as "Not spam" or "Not junk" to train your email system.

2. Add to Safe Senders

Microsoft Outlook / 365:

  1. Open Outlook and go to Settings (gear icon)
  2. Select MailJunk email
  3. Under Safe senders and domains, click Add
  4. Type tiffanygray.com and press Enter
  5. Click Save

Gmail:

  1. Open Gmail and go to Settings (gear icon) → See all settings
  2. Go to the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab
  3. Click Create a new filter
  4. In the From field, type noreply@tiffanygray.com
  5. Click Create filter, then check Never send it to Spam
  6. Click Create filter to save

Apple Mail:

  1. Open the email from noreply@tiffanygray.com (check Junk folder)
  2. Click the sender's name or address at the top
  3. Select Add to Contacts or Add to VIPs

3. Ask your IT team

If your organisation manages email centrally, ask your IT administrator to whitelist the following:
